Snow level 3500 feet rising to 4000 feet in the afternoon. Snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches. Highs in the mid 30s to mid 40s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

28.0 FeetConsiderable flooding along the Klamath River in Siskiyou County. Sections of Highway 96 are flooded.
33.8 FeetMajor flooding is occuring along the entire reach of the Klamath River in Siskiyou County. Much of Highway 96 is impassable.
