Summary:

Scattered showers and thunderstorms over se CA and srn NV today and tomorrow as one low exits into AZ and another drops into NV from the north.
Below normal temperatures for srn CA/NV through tomorrow with warm and dry conditions elsewhere. Warming temperatures throughout the week becoming +10 to +20 deg F above normal Friday/Saturday.
Most locations should see nearly steady conditions or slight recessions over the next couple days.
Snowmelt runoff is expected to increase by around the middle of the week as temperatures increase.
No locations are expected to exceed action or flood stages over the next 5 days.
