24.2 FeetIn 1969, flood waters filled the Santa Ynez Valley. Refugio, Alisal Rd, Florandale Ave, FCI, and Surf Bridges washed out, 13 St Bridge damaged. Buellton/Solvang - damage to ranches, sewage treatment plant; levees, gravel plant destroyed. Lompoc - Flooding at H St Bridge, sewer treatment plant, S. Vandenburg AFB, and Lompoc Airport.
