Floods wastewater treatment plant, downtown Paso Robles (upstream and downstream of gage), Larry Moore Park and nearby riverbank housing tract. Major bank erosion possible; threatens multiple utility lines (including high pressure gas) along North River Road, homes, businesses, bridges, and roads along entire reach.
