This include areas northwest of Loleta, Cannibal Island Road. A Special Action Advisory is being issued to all owners of livestock in low-lying areas of the Eel Delta. These animals are at risk due to rising river levels, and appropriate action should be considered. |

These animals are at risk due to river rises and appropriate action should be considered. |

All persons in the area should be prepared to take action to protect life and property. |

Most roads will be impassable including Highway 211 to Ferndale, and access will be severely restricted. A Special Action Advisory is being issued to all owners of livestock in adjacent or low-lying areas. These animals are at potential risk due to rises in the Eel River appropriate action should be considered. All persons should be take action to protect life and property. |
