Lowland flooding near the creek in Lamoille with nearby homes experiencing minor flooding. Minor flooding across lowland rural roads. This would be similar to the floods of 2019 and 2023.
4.8 FeetMinor flood stage. Minor flooding occurs in the town of Lamoille. Water can seep into basements near the creek.
4.0 FeetAction stage. Visitors to Lamoille Canyon and the Powerhouse Picnic Area need to use extreme caution around Lamoille Creek and other creeks in the Ruby Mountains. Pets, children, and even adults can be swept away in strong currents.
