At higher elevations, areas of fog until late afternoon. Patchy fog late in the afternoon, areas of fog until late afternoon. Patchy fog late in the afternoon, rain and snow showers through the day. A slight chance of thunderstorms late in the morning, then a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs 32 to 47 higher elevations and 44 to 54 lower elevations. No snow accumulation lower elevations and 3 to 5 inches higher elevations. Snow level 6500 feet. Prevailing west winds up to 15 mph and except west up to 25 mph over ridges.
