Late December 2022-January 2023 and Late February-March 2023 Storm Summaries - The CNRFC has published two in-depth storm summaries documenting the historic period of storms affecting the region during the 2023 Water Year. The studies include a summary of winter conditions between December 2022 and March 2023, an analysis of observed precipitation data, a discussion of weather conditions and resulting hydrologic impacts, and a deep dive into precipitation verification.
